I really enjoyed the texture of the balm on my skin and how it buffed away my makeup without aggro rubbing. It was so nice having it in a tube format so I wouldn’t have to dump my fingers into a pot.
Holy Grail
I received this cleansing balm as a gift from Glossier. Let’s start with the packaging…so cute!! I love that it’s a squeeze tube rather than other cleansing balms that are in tubs. This product just melts makeup away without leaving any residue. I recommend using it as double cleanser with Milky Jelly Cleanser
From gel to foam, it removed it all!
I simply obsessed with this cleansing balm! I used the Milk Jelly Cleanser a few times but I was never a fan of the texture and I always had some mascara left on my eyelashes. After using the cleansing balm for 3 days, I don’t know if I can go back to another make up remover. It starts as a gel and then after adding water becomes a foamy/soapy solution and removed everything including ALL of my mascara. After washing my face with water, it feels clean and hydrated and doesn’t left any oily feeling nor smell

I’ve always loved Milky Jelly Cleanser so I knew I was going to like this product when I received it as a gift. But the ease with which it took off my makeup??? I was FLOORED!!!! It melted everything away without leaving any residue (tip: don’t use too much—a little goes a long way!!)

I’ve been a huge fan of Milky Jelly for some time now. I occasionally switch between that and regular oil cleansing. I find it’s the best way to remove make up and stimulate blood flow in my face. With that said, this definitely meets those requirements for me. The squeeze tube packaging is also a huge PLUS - more sanitary compared to other brands! I love the consistency and how easy it is to use. I also like that’s it’s not messy or runny. It’s a true balm that melts into your skin like butter. Also a little goes a long way. If you’re looking to try a cleansing balm I would give it try. It didn’t leave my face tight or dry, and was easy to remove with face wash
excellent addition to double cleansing routine
it’s nice to finally have a balm in a tube and not a tub! this balm melted smoothly into my skin, left my skin smooth and refreshed, and is excellent at removing makeup too. definitely something I’d purchase again after I run out!
Nice double cleanser
I've been using this for a few days now and it's definitely a great cleanser. I used to use micellar water to remove my makeup incl waterproof mascara, but now I use the Milk Jelly Cleansing Balm along with my other cleanser and it works almost just as well, plus it feels much more gentle on my skin. I also use it in the morning as my only cleanser since I don't need oil control twice a day. The bottle is easy to use and since the cleanser is so thick it doesn't get all in the cap and turn sticky/hard.
New favorite in my routine!
I remember when Glossier launched the original milky jelly cleanser, now years later Glossier has turned the iconic formula into a balm. This balm is thick and emulsifies into a creamy lather once in contact with water. It is fantastic as a first cleanse to remove sunscreen, makeup, and anything else sitting on your face. It works by breaking down and dissolving product and oils which is why this is great as a first cleanse! I would definitely follow this with another cleanser to finish off the job. The way I like to use this is before my shower I use this at the sink to dissolve my makeup and mascara, I then follow it up in the shower with a cleanser that exfoliates. This definitely reduces the need to use makeup removing wipes which, are not very sustainable!

CALLING EVERYONE WITH LONG NAILS WHO LOVES DOING A FULL FACE OF MAKEUP!!!!! this product is an absolute godsend… it really truly is a makeup balm that absolutely annihilates my indestructible full face… and the best part is that you don’t have to dig your nails into a tub of product… which is way more hygienic too! i have rosacea and my skin gets pretty sensitive in the winter and i would also like to mention that it doesn’t irritate my skin at all and is quite gentle! also ive gotta say this is gifted but i will 100% be repurchasing when i run out with my own money
favorite cleanser ever!!
Absolutely love this cleanser! It leaves my skin super soft and hydrated. It's like the best of an oil cleanser and normal cleanser in one. I received this product as a gift and will absolutely continue to purchase.
